Calibration of torque tools

We calibrate most torque tools and related equipment, including:

  • Hydraulic tools (from 50 to 80,000 Nm)
  • Electric torque tools
  • Pneumatic torque tools
  • Mechanical/electromechanical torque tools (from 0.2 to 30,000 Nm)
  • Calibration in accordance with ISO 6789 2003 & 6789-1 2017 / 6789-2 2017
Hydraulic tools

Our employees have received training at MessMax and Stahlwille in Germany. The calibration includes pressure testing, torque measurement, and stress analysis.

Torque wrenches
  • Calibration of torque wrenches from 0.2 to 3000 Nm.
  • We calibrate both digital and manual torque wrenches.
  • The calibration ensures full traceability of the tool.
  • Calibration in accordance with ISO 6789 2003 & 6789-1 2017 / 6789-2 2017
Traceability
  • Electronic notification every 12 months.
  • Certificate follows the tool.
  • Electronic customer portal available upon agreement.
